<p dir="ltr"><strong>Undergraduate and Postgraduate</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The last day before Christmas break begins for undergraduate and postgraduate students is Friday 13 December (closing early at 4pm). </p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Pre-Degree</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The last day before Christmas break for Pre-Degree students is Friday 20 December.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>All university</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The university will be closed to all after Friday 20 December. It will reopen to staff on Thursday 2 January 2025 and to all students Monday 6 January 2025</p> <p dir="ltr">Our main Tavistock Place campus will be open for staff (with early closure at 6pm) from Monday 16 December to Friday 20 December, then closed to staff until 2 January 2025 and reopening to all students on Monday 6 January 2025. </p> <p dir="ltr">Over the Christmas period, the university will be closed on Saturday 14 December, Saturday 21 December, Saturday 28 December 2024 and Saturday 4 January 2025.</p> <p dir="ltr">Arts University Plymouth will reopen to all students (including Pre-Degree, undergraduate and postgraduate) and <strong>normal hours will resume on Monday 6 January 2025</strong>.</p>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>Tavistock Place </strong></p> <p dir="ltr">The Tavistock Place ERC will be closed from 4pm on Friday 13 December and will reopen Monday 6 January 2025.</p> <p dir="ltr">If you need to collect or return any loans before the Christmas break, please remember to do so ideally before Thursday 14 December.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Palace Court</strong><br /></p> <p dir="ltr">The Palace Court ERC2 will be closed from 4pm on Friday 20 December and will reopen Monday 6 January 2025.</p> <p dir="ltr">If you need to collect or return any loans before the Christmas break, please remember to do so ideally before Thursday 19 December.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Technical Studios</strong><br /></p> <p dir="ltr">The Technical Studios (including Digital Print Bureau) will close from 4pm Friday 13 December, reopening Monday 6 January 2025. </p> <p dir="ltr">Students who may require technical support during this period should <a href="https://sites.google.com/aup.ac.uk/technicallabs/technical-labs">email the Labs directly</a>, but please bear in mind that many staff are likely to be on annual leave during the Christmas break.</p>

<p dir="ltr">The Student Union Manager will be out of the office from Friday 13 December, returning on Monday 6 January. From this date, there will be reduced access and the recommendation is to book a timeslot with the Student Union President <a href="https://calendar.app.google/h7LiRZ18nZJvua5Q9">here</a> if you need to access any support or services from the Union.<br /></p> <p dir="ltr">The team will not be checking emails during their holiday leave and the normal support and services that the Union offers will not be accessible, so please ensure you plan accordingly.<br /></p> <p dir="ltr">The Students' Union (T0.1) will be accessible during Tavistock Place opening hours, unless prior notice is given.<br /></p>

<p dir="ltr">The Refectory will remain open until Friday 20 December, operating 8am to 3pm. It will reopen on Thursday 2 January with the same operating hours.<br /></p>
