<p>Founded in 1983, <a href="https://ab-uk.com/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">AB creative agency</a> regularly provides innovative creative campaigns for clients including Clarks Shoes, Caterpillar and Flybe. One current project involves developing an advertising campaign for <a href="http://www.pokemon.com/uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Pokémon</a>, which the students were keen to learn about during his visit.</p>

<p>Working in the creative communications industry in London for over 15 years before joining AB, Marcus Bennett has worked with clients including the BBC, Timberland and Coca-Cola. During his guest lecture, Marcus was impressed with the college and the eclectic mix of enthusiastic students, “It’s great to see young talent flourish and grow in the South West. The college is providing the tools, support and facilities to ensure the students have everything they need to progress in a tough industry.”</p>

<p>Marcus will also be the liaison for an internship offered by AB for students of our<a href="https://www.aup.ac.uk/courses/undergraduate/ba-hons-graphic-design" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> BA (Hons) Creative Advertising &amp; Brand </a>programme. This opportunity will allow one student to experience the professional environment of AB’s full-service agency, contributing to live projects and engaging in client meetings.</p> <p>The advertising sector supports over 550,000 direct jobs in the UK.
