<p dir="ltr">The <strong>University Executive Group (UEG)</strong> is the senior advisory and executive decision-making group chaired by the Vice-Chancellor & Chief Executive. It advises on the University’s strategic direction, financial and physical resources, academic provision, staffing, risk monitoring, and market operations, meeting regularly throughout the year.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The UEG has three sub-committees: Health and Safety, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and Safeguarding, alongside additional groups like the Employee Engagement Group established as required.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Convening twice per semester, the <strong>University Management Group (UMG)</strong> is the primary forum for senior managers to consider operational delivery, business continuity, and departmental planning, while providing opportunities to engage in executive-level consultation and feedback relating to strategic objectives or proposals.<br /></p>
