Easter opening times 2026

<p>From Tuesday 7 April, our Tavistock Place main campus (including Studio 11 and 44 Regent Street) will be open Monday to Friday from 7:45am to 6pm. The campus will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Our Palace Court and Palace Studios campus will be closed to students during this period. Normal term-time hours across all sites will resume on Monday 20 April 2026.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Arts University Plymouth will be fully closed from Friday 3 April to Monday 6 April 2026 inclusive.</p> <p dir="ltr">Our next Open Day will take place on Saturday 25 April 2026.<br /></p>

<p dir="ltr">Student Support will be closed from <strong>Friday 3 April to Monday 6 April 2026</strong> inclusive for the Easter bank holiday weekend, reopening on Tuesday 7 April. Student Support emails will not be monitored between <strong>3 April and 6 April</strong> inclusive.</p> <p dir="ltr">Please note that over Easter 2026 the Student Support team will be operating with less staff due to annual leave and holidays. It is advisable to complete a <a href="https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf7VaJ55RMqlWuB-SGNYKOVJg5J9EEMCZ9He6nUWXRqbAX8_A/viewform">Student Support - Self Referral Form</a> should you require support, so we can book you in with the relevant team member.</p> <p dir="ltr">If you find yourself in mental health crisis over this period, please dial 111 and press 2. <p dir="ltr"><strong>Tavistock Place<br /></strong>The ERC will be operating under an appointment only basis over the Easter break, starting from Tuesday 7 April until Friday 17 April. The ERC will be closed on Friday 3 April and Monday 6 April.<br /></p> <p dir="ltr">Please email the ERC at erc@aup.ac.uk to confirm your booking. When creating a booking over this time, this will need to be confirmed by the ERC team.</p> <p dir="ltr">The doors to the ERC will also be closed at all times during Easter. Please knock on the door before collecting your booking and be aware that staff may be taking annual leave at this time.</p> <p dir="ltr">Many Technical staff will be taking annual leave over the Easter break and studios will be running at reduced access. Students who wish to access studios should <a href="https://sites.google.com/aup.ac.uk/technicallabs/technical-labs">email the Labs/Technical Team directly</a> to gain understanding of what access/resources are available over the break. Please check SmartHub before travelling to campus, as availability can change.<br /></p>

<p>Fab Lab South West will remain open during the university’s Easter opening hours for independent user bookings for resources including 3D printers, laser cutters and 3D scanners, as well as general working space for students. Please note that consultation booking slots with technologists will not be available during this period. Students should check SmartHub before travelling to campus.</p>

<p dir="ltr">During the Easter break, the Students’ Union will be accessible during the usual Tavistock Place opening hours on 13, 14, 15 and 16 April.</p> <p dir="ltr">On 7, 8, 9, 10 and 17 April, the Students’ Union space will not be open to students.</p> <p dir="ltr">Students’ Union staff will be working during Arts University Plymouth’s opening times, but may not always be in the office due to meetings or other responsibilities. <p dir="ltr">The Refectory will close after finishing serving on <strong>Thursday 2 April</strong> and reopen on <strong>Monday 20 April 2026</strong>.</p> <p dir="ltr">These opening hours reflect when the Refectory counter and kitchens will be staffed. The smart fridge and self-service coffee machines will continue to provide food and drinks during university opening hours.<br /></p>
