<p>As well as participating in masterclasses by key film-industry figures, Natasha also received bespoke careers advice tailored towards working in the film industry. As a graduate of the BFI Film Academy Natasha now qualifies as part of the prestigious institution’s alumni network and can access upcoming BFI events such as their BAFTA career surgeries.<br /></p> <p>“We spent the week making a short film in our small groups,” Natasha said. “Each person was responsible for a particular area of the film - my area was lighting and camera, where I learnt how to use the same equipment used in mainstream films.
