Clearing can be a bit of a confusing process, so we've pulled together all your frequently asked questions to clear things up!
<p dir="ltr">Let’s talk about <a href="">Clearing!</a> We've put together a comprehensive guide to all things Clearing. We’ve broken down some of your most frequently asked questions about Clearing, from when it opens to how to make the most of Clearing, we have all the information you need to make your next step. <br /></p>
<p dir="ltr"><a href="">Clearing</a> is a process that matches applicants with universities and colleges that have places yet to be filled. </p> <p>From <strong>5 July to 17 October</strong>, you can apply for one of our courses using Clearing if you’re not already holding an offer from a university or college. Clearing presents an opportunity for applicants who have changed their minds about their original UCAS choice, declined their offers, not received the grades they expected or made a last minute decision to start study this year.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Clearing is open to everyone, including students receiving their results this summer, late applicants and mature learners. </p> <p dir="ltr">You can use Clearing if:</p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You want to start a degree in September</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You submitted your UCAS application after 30 June</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You didn't receive any offers (conditional or unconditional)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You rejected your offers</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You didn't achieve the grades required</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">You’ve paid the multiple choice application fee of £27</p></li></ul><p>You’ve declined your firm place using the ‘decline my place’ button in UCAS Hub</p>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>Clearing is open from 5 July</strong> <strong>until 17 October 2023</strong>, so there is plenty of time to make your mind up and put in an application. Courses may fill up fast though, so it’s best to speak directly to our Admissions team.</p> <p dir="ltr">If you already have your qualifications or have made a last minute decision to start creative study, you can make an application immediately. In the meantime, it’s a good idea to make a list of <a href="" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>possible courses</strong></a> you’re interested in, a list of questions you may have and think about what artwork you would like to show us. </p> <p>If you’re still waiting on your results, and think you might not get the grades you are hoping for, it’s wise to prepare a back-up plan for results day. You can <a href="" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>pre-register</strong></a> your interest with us now. You’ll then be able to apply once you receive your results, so it’s important you find the right course and the right institution for you. Do some research and make sure you have all the personal information you’ll need to hand before making a phone call.</p>
