Clearing can feel overwhelming — especially if you’re hearing about it for the first time — but it doesn’t have to be. If you’re rethinking your options, missed out on your firm choice, or just made a last-minute decision to start university this year, UCAS Clearing 2026 could be your pathway to a creative future at Arts University Plymouth.

Clearing is a way for universities to fill remaining course places — and for students to secure a spot on the right course after the main UCAS deadline.
This year, Clearing opens on 2 July and runs until 19 October 2026. You can apply if:
You’re not currently holding any offers
You applied after 30 June 2026
You’ve changed your mind about your choices
You didn’t get the grades you were expecting
You’ve paid the multiple choice application fee via UCAS
