Principal Andrew Brewerton has been featured on Axisweb – a charity dedicated to bringing together artists and art professionals within a platform that can showcase their work and help them find work opportunities.
"Our lives are beset by all sorts of pressing questions about ‘what’ and ‘how’ and ‘when’. But I always think that if you can answer the question ‘why?’, then it doesn’t matter if you get waylaid or distracted or even lost. You can always go back to base"
Andrew discusses his experience within the glass industry both as an apprentice and a teacher, and his move into arts education with his role as principal here at the college.
