The project explores the industrial archaeological heritage of her homeland Tamar Valley. The photographs depict desolate, hauntingly beautiful landscapes, they are a stark reminder of the historical backdrop of the area as an industrial site and her fascination with the landscape as a means of articulating the fragility of human existence.

Her personal connection to the land and its effects is documented throughout this extensive series, which combines landscapes with portraits of cancer survivors and people who live in the area.
