<p dir="ltr">Now in its 12th year, Love Summer Festival is a family friendly festival with three stages featuring cutting edge music. With a big top featuring a diverse line-up of live acts playing everything from jungle and electro swing to ska, funk and soul with loads in between, there’s glamping and great food. Plymouth Pride returns on 5 August

<p dir="ltr">Plymouth Pride is organised by a group of volunteers from across the city with a shared goal of delivering the greatest Pride event Plymouth has seen. Not only will Plymouth Pride become a centrepiece of the city’s event calendar, but also one of the top Pride events in the UK. This family friendly event will have plenty of opportunities for young people, parents and children to learn about the LGBTQIA+ culture and history through entertainment, traders and members of the community. <p dir="ltr">Are you an LGBTQ+ identified writer who would like to meet other LGBTQ+ writers and write in the community? Join us on a Sunday morning to keep your writing practice regular. After introductions at the beginning, the rest of the time is for writing - whether you want to chat during or at the end is up to you! Bringing you some of the best UK tribute acts over three days, the festival boasts a huge 4,500 capacity Big Top, with an extended site with family attractions and food and drink. Get Rad Festival returns this August to The Junction & The Underground

Everything Everywhere All At Once will be shown at Tinside Lido this August

Tunes In The Park featuring Kaiser Chiefs and The Kooks takes place on the August Bank Holiday Weekend at the Port Eliot Estate, St Germans

<p dir="ltr">Tunes in the Park is a fun-packed weekend of entertainment, activities and live music for all the family. Taking place on the August Bank Holiday weekend, Tune in the Park takes place on the picturesque grounds of the Port Eliot Estate, the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable weekend packed with love and laughter. <p dir="ltr">The West End Carnival returns to the streets around Plymouth Market, offering a jam packed day of free family activities. The carnival will have an amazing programme of free entertainment to enjoy both on stage and roaming the streets. The MA 2023 Summer Shows start on 31 August and run until 7 September

<p dir="ltr">At our 2023 MA Summer Show, postgraduate students from Arts University Plymouth will showcase a variety of exciting and dynamic research projects undertaken within our specialist postgraduate community of practice, working across specialisms that include painting, drawing, sculptural installation, moving image, design and ceramics.
