<p dir="ltr">Since September 2024 the <a href="https://www.officeforstudents.org.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Office for Students</strong></a> has prohibited universities from using Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in relation to student allegations of harassment and sexual misconduct. Arts University Plymouth does not use and has never used NDAs and was a signatory of <a href="https://www.cantbuymysilence.com/english-unis" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Pledge</a> in 2022.</p>
