Extended Diploma in Creative Practice
Students often say they’ve ‘found their place’, that ‘Palace Court feels like home’, we couldn’t agree more! The Extended Diploma community at our Palace Court campus is bursting at the seams with a diverse range of artists, designers and makers, all working, studying and socialising together - we can’t wait for you to be a part of it.
“The people are what made me choose to come to Arts University Plymouth. I was in love with the community here. I met so many interesting people. If you’re trying to make a decision about what to do next, I’d say come to Palace Court. You get a very different experience from any other education system. Everyone here is very open. The experience has helped me grow in many ways. I’d recommend it to anyone who is a little bit stuck or doesn’t know what to do, because you kind of find yourself during the two years that you’re here.” – Maya Albagli, Level 3 Extended Diploma in Creative Practice: Art & Design graduate
It’s not just the community that will have you falling in love with Arts University Plymouth, our Palace Court campus is just around the corner from the beautiful Barbican waterfront, a stone's throw from entertainment and leisure centre The Barcode, and only five minutes walk from our main-site, Tavistock Place.
To get you ready for joining us in September, we recommend you check out all the information about starting with us below.
Please note the university will be closed on Monday 19 September due to the State Funeral of HRH Queen Elizabeth.
We want you to have the opportunity to kickstart your creative journey with us as soon as you possibly can, which is why we give you early access to our online resources and community. In mid-August, we'll invite you to enrol as a student so that you can do this and start to discover more about us. We'll send this as an email to the account you used when you made your application; so make sure it's up-to-date! If you need to update any information, then please email admissions@pca.ac.uk
