National Saturday Club | 14-16yrs | Fashion & Business 2026/27
Art University Plymouth’s Young Arts programme was established in 1988. Young Arts also offers local participants the chance to join one of the National Saturday Clubs, and be part of a UK-wide initiative with over 70 clubs taking place across the country. National Saturday Clubs provide members with an array of transferable skills that are greatly sought after by employers in the UK’s thriving creative sector and beyond.
<p dir="ltr">Arts University Plymouth are offering free places on the prestigious National Saturday Club. We are looking for dedicated, creative young people aged 14-16 years who aspire to be the designers and stylists of the future. We are especially looking for people who are interested in future creative studies or careers in the Creative Industries.</p>
<p dir="ltr">On the <strong>National Fashion & Business Saturday Club</strong>, you will study a range of fashion, textiles, design and making via weekly skills workshops and finish the club with a longer project to create your final work to show in our Summer Exhibition.</p>
<p dir="ltr">You will also have the opportunity to gain an Arts Award qualification (optional), and to become part of this exciting national initiative known as <a href="https://saturday-club.org/national-saturday-club/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">The Saturday Club Trust</a> which extends to over 70 clubs around the UK. </p>
