Madi Austen
Technical Demonstrator - Fabric Lab
Madi Austen is a technician at the Fabric Lab, having previously studied BA (Hons) Interior Design & Styling, graduating in 2023. Her primary role is demonstrating software programmes such as AutoCad and Sketchup.
Madi has a passion for interior design, particularly sustainable design, opting to use ethically and sustainably sourced design materials for her projects. During her studies, she acted as Project Manager for the Future Design Interior Design Trade Show, and has experience with design for product, retail and hospitality, magazine editorial design and event planning.
In her spare time, Madi enjoys sea swimming, paddling boarding, kayaking, walking, photography and refurbishing furniture.
