Help us celebrate 170 years: share your Arts University Plymouth story

<p>In 2026, Arts University Plymouth will celebrate <strong>170 years</strong> at the heart of Plymouth. To mark the year, we’re curating stories from people who studied here. Not only headline names, but the surprising, ambitious and meaningful journeys that began in Arts University Plymouth, celebrating our connection to the city of Plymouth and the South West. In the spirit of Plymouth’s new city narrative as a place to <em>make life an adventure</em>, we’re inviting our community past and present to reflect on their experiences by sharing their memories and stories with us.</p>

<p dir="ltr">Across our history, creativity here has been about people, place and practice. Learning through materials and processes, collaboration and curiosity, and taking that energy into the world.</p> <p dir="ltr">Next year we will publish a selection of in-depth profiles alongside shorter social spotlights and themed roundups drawn from submissions. We’re not only looking for headline names. We want stories of persistence, invention and impact, in Plymouth, across the UK and around the globe.<br /></p>
