Centre for Circular Materials
Bioregional materials research in the South West
The Centre for Circular Materials at Arts University Plymouth is a research hub dedicated to how materials are chosen, used and kept in circulation across creative practice, design fabrication and partnerships.
Rooted in the materials, resources and stories of the South West of England, the Centre for Circular Materials brings circular thinking into the earliest stages of making, where material choices shape both creative outcomes and impact. It connects research, teaching and partnerships through a shared focus on bioregional and responsible materiality.
