<p>Ash Henderson launched their career in design immediately after graduating, securing an internship with Sky before stepping into a full-time role at JCDecaux—the world’s largest outdoor advertising company.</p> <p>Since joining JCDecaux, Ash has been a key member of the Airport Design Team, working on high-profile projects across major UK airports. One of the most exciting and challenging briefs to date involved designing an innovative advertising format for Heathrow’s VIP lounge, alongside a striking exterior bridge site at the airport. These projects pushed Ash beyond traditional design approaches, offering the opportunity to apply fresh thinking and creativity in a fast-paced commercial environment.</p> <p>Reflecting on their time at Arts University Plymouth, Ash describes the experience as a springboard into the design industry. The University's hands-on, experimental environment encouraged the development of practical skills, critical thinking and creative confidence.
