Chynna Bartlett
Commercial Development & Innovation Manager
<p>Chynna Bartlett is Commercial Development and Innovation Manager at Arts University Plymouth, where she develops commercial opportunities across the university's specialist facilities, technical expertise and creative capabilities, including Fab Lab South West, Arts University Plymouth's centre for digital fabrication, prototyping and material innovation.</p>
<p>With more than a decade of experience across technology, not-for-profit and commercial sectors, Chynna's work sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, sustainability and the use of education to drive real world impact. Before joining Arts University Plymouth, she led commercial strategy at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, developing the digital education portfolio, network model and commercial partnerships. </p>
<p>Starting her career in PR and communications before moving into the learning technology sector, Chynna has supported large fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and non-governmental organisation (NGOs) through global transformation programmes.</p>
<p>Chynna holds a First Class BA (Hons) in Fashion Communication and Promotion from Nottingham Trent University, a Level 5 CMI Diploma in Organisational Leadership awarded with Distinction, and a Business Sustainability Management certificate from Cambridge. In 2022, she was named in the Learning Technologies 30 Under 30 cohort.</p>
