Jasper Hutchings
Students' Union President, Student Governor and Member of the Remuneration Committee
<p>Jasper Hutchings (He/Him) graduated from Arts University Plymouth with a BA (Hons) in Illustration in 2025. Prior to being elected into the role of Student Union President and Student Governor in September 2025, Jasper worked as a Student Ambassador from 2023 to 2025 and as the LGBTQ+ Representative (HE) for 2024/25.<br /></p>
<p>As Student Union President, Jasper represents all students at Arts University Plymouth on various boards and committees within the University, including Academic Board, Board of Governors and the Student Engagement and Experience Committee. Additionally, Jasper chairs Student Council meetings to make your voices heard.<br /><br />Outside of the role, Jasper is a message driven creator. He makes work that discusses current topics on a personal, national and global scale, alongside his interest in people, who they are, and how they interact with their surrounding space and experiences.</p>
