Rachel Hamilton
Counsellor
<p dir="ltr">Rachel (she/her) works on Wednesdays and Thursdays as a Student Counsellor here at Arts University Plymouth. Having studied as an art student and counsellor, Rachel understands many of the issues and pressures creatives can struggle with. </p>
<p dir="ltr">When Rachel is not working here she runs her own Outdoor Therapy practice and wild swimming mini retreats.</p>
<p dir="ltr">And now for something different: Rachel likes to dance in the kitchen when no-one is looking. </p>
