Sarah Allen

<p>Since achieving her Law degree and International Business Management Masters at the University of Exeter, Sarah has gained almost 15 years of experience working within Higher Education for three different universities. She has held a variety of roles focused on marketing and communications, recruitment and admissions, international compliance and project management. </p> <p>In her role as Head of Student Recruitment and Admissions at Arts University Plymouth, Sarah provides strategic insight and direction to recruit home and international students into the university’s diverse portfolio of specialist art and design courses. Sarah ensures a data-led, results-driven approach to marketing and recruitment initiatives, ensuring they celebrate our creative university community and teaching quality. </p> <p>Sarah is the institutional lead for international compliance with the UKVI and develops international agent partnerships. She is also the institutional key contact for UCAS and BUILA and represents Arts University Plymouth in UCAS, HELOA, BUILA and GuildHE stakeholder forums.</p> <p>Sarah prides herself on being a creative innovator and problem solver and has successfully delivered many new initiatives throughout her career. At Arts University Plymouth Sarah has contributed to major initiatives, including the launch of the institution's university status and the strengthening of our international profile.</p>
