Jake Paget

Creative entrepreneur

Jake Paget, who graduated with a Distinction in Art & Design, is a co-founder of McKinley & Paget, a brand renowned for its plant-based candles and fragrances. The brand was born out of a simple need: to create a plant-based candle that combined good design and natural ingredients. Starting with trading at local markets, the company quickly expanded its reach, securing international stockists and high-profile collaborations. Over the years, they've been featured in prestigious publications like GQ and Wallpaper Magazine. In 2021, they undertook a significant rebrand and received a commission from the Royal Collection Trust for an official Buckingham Palace winter candle. Based in Devon, Jake continues to innovate, recently launching a scent branding arm and focusing on expanding the brand's presence across the UK.
